Warranty FAQ

Does the Limited Warranty transfer to a new owner if I sell my equipment?

Not automatically and the change requires a contractual agreement between the new owner and CRYONiQ.

First, the previous owner as well as the new owner will need to inform CRYONiQ about the transfer of ownership of the equipment.
This is to ensure that all parties have stated their position on the transfer of ownership.

Second, CRYONiQ is contractually bound to the previous owner, not the new owner.
A new equipment owner will need to comply with all of the T&C's before CRYONiQ will enter a new contractual agreement.

The new owner will need to pay a set fee to uphold the warranty terms that were part of the agreement with the previous owner.
The contractual agreement between the new owner and CRYONiQ requires operator training, which carries a fee.
A contractual obligation between CRYONIQ and the new owner is required.

The new owner may also extend the warranty for a fee.

What if I don’t provide required information or choose not to service my equipment?

The Limited Warranty requires the owner/operator to follow instructions during troubleshooting and fulfill the authorized technicians requests for evidence related to the service issue. Not complying with this requirement may lead to limitations on the product Warranty or in some cases to Warranty voidance.
