The CRYO XC™ Pressurized system uses pressurized tanks and vessels for the storage and supply of liquid nitrogen.
During operation, liquid nitrogen is supplied into the system under pressure that is maintained inside the storage vessel.
Once inside the system, the coolant is processed into gasiform air that enters the controlled environment in the client cabin.
The CRYO XC™ Non-Pressurized system uses non-pressurized vessels or dewars for the storage and supply of liquid nitrogen.
During operation, liquid nitrogen is transferred into the system with the help of pressure created by the cryotherapy unit.
Once inside the system, the coolant is processed into gasiform air that enters the controlled environment in the client cabin.
The Pressurized System is cooled by Liquid Nitrogen (non-medical grade)
The Non-Pressurized System is cooled by Liquid Nitrogen (non-medical grade)
The pressurized system requires barrier free access to the supply zone. The lightest pressurized vessels/cylinders weigh approximately 150 Kg/ 330 Lbs when empty.
The recommended ceiling height is 240 cm / 8 ft

The non-pressurized system allows for easier access from the supply zone to the cryotherapy unit. The tare weight of the dewar vessel is 17 kg / 25 Lbs and 65 Kg / 130 Lbs when full. These vessels can be carried by hand for refills.
The recommended ceiling height is 240 cm / 8 ft

For this system, Liquid Nitrogen is stored in pressurized/nitrogen tanks with various capacities available from 70 liters up to thousands of liters.
Standard capacities of nitrogen tanks used for storage range from 160 - 350 liters.
The system releases LN2 into the vapor mechanism at a pressure of 1,5 BAR | 22 psi up to the maximum pressure limit at 3 BAR | 43 psi.
All pressurized/nitrogen tanks require regular deliveries of liquid nitrogen to operate.
Unrestricted access is essential for the mobility of storage vessels and seamless deliveries into the facility.
The standard consumption of the CRYO XC™ Pressurized System ranges between 4 - 8 liters per session under regular conditions.

Liquid Nitrogen offers one of the most easily storable and usable coolants available to the general public.
The CRYO XC™ uses liquid nitrogen as a coolant for its extremely cold properties that allow for a rapid cooldown & immediate thermal shock for the client.
A cryotherapy chamber must be able to efficiently & safely process liquid nitrogen and fully transform it into a gas that is released into the cabin.
Any loose liquid nitrogen that enters the client cabin can be potentially dangerous for the client. The possibility of such conditions must be prevented by the cryotherapy chamber.

Select Your System
The Pressurized System (PS) is most suitable for use in larger businesses and high footfall locations.
This system is installed in locations that have no physical limits for regular deliveries to their facilities such as stairs or other inaccessible areas. The alternative is to store nitrogen tanks outside and install the transfer line through the wall.
The PS requires pressurized cylinders for storing and feeding the cryotherapy chamber with liquid nitrogen.
The Non-Pressurized System (NPS) is more suitable for smaller businesses and for personal use due to it's flexibility in confined spaces and locations with difficult accessibility.
The NPS uses non-pressurized storage vessels with a capacity of 50 liters, which opens up additional options for clients.

The CRYO XC™ is CRYONiQ®'s best-seller. Designed to offer a balanced cryotherapy session and maximum exposure to extreme temperatures.
The CRYO XC™ is used by both businesses and for personal use. Built with an active drying system for minimum maintenance and maximum durability.
The CRYO XC™ Plus is CRYONiQ®'s flagship cryotherapy chamber which offers an enhanced cryotherapy experience for users and operators with additional safety and design features.
These features are combined together to construct the cryotherapy chamber suitable for the most demanding locations

The two available systems offer a different work experience for the operator and can make an impact on the overall efficiency and day to day operation of the equipment.
Both systems are more suitable for different settings.

The Pressurized System (PS) is most suitable for use in larger businesses and high footfall locations.
This system is installed in locations that have no physical limits for regular deliveries to their facilities such as stairs or other inaccessible areas. The alternative is to store nitrogen tanks outside and install the transfer line through the wall.
The PS requires pressurized cylinders for storing and feeding the cryotherapy chamber with liquid nitrogen.
Cylinders & transfer lines are purchased separately.

The Non-Pressurized System (NPS) is more suitable for smaller businesses and for personal use due to it's flexibility in confined spaces and locations with difficult accessibility.
The NPS uses non-pressurized storage vessels with a capacity of 50 liters, which opens up additional options for clients.
Two 50 liter vessels are included with the purchase of the CRYO XC™ Non-Pressurized System.
